Tooloo One

Initiated in 2023, the Tooloo One project marked our transition from laboratory-scale validation to active field testing. This phase involved the deployment of our first fully functional test collector, built to operate outside of a controlled environment. The goal was to subject the system to actual environmental variables, structural stresses, and long-term wear that cannot be perfectly simulated in software.

Ending in 2025, Tooloo One acted as our primary data-harvesting platform. The empirical performance data gathered during this field test directly informed our subsequent design iterations, allowing us to refine the structural integrity, streamline the manufacturing process, and significantly improve the durability of the collector under continuous operational conditions.
