
Running from 2020 through 2023, our initial prototyping phase served as the foundational proving ground for Tooloo’s core engineering principles. The primary objective of these three years was to rigorously test and validate our theoretical models through rapid, iterative design cycles. By building and evaluating multiple early-stage physical iterations, our engineering team was able to identify structural constraints and optimize the baseline architecture before moving into larger-scale development.
This phase was critical for de-risking the technology early in its lifecycle. By the end of 2023, the prototyping efforts successfully proved the core concept in a controlled environment, establishing the mechanical viability of our approach and clearing the path for real-world environmental testing.
